Andy Reynolds

Andy is the founder and CEO of wellschool solutions, and also CEO of its group companies.

Andy has worked in the digital health & wellbeing sector since 2005. He founded Revitalised, the company behind the market-leading employee wellbeing platform “WellbeingZone” – taking the business from start-up through to an acquisition in 2017 by MAXIMUS.

After a period of handover, he then joined RoadtoHealth Group as International CEO in October 2018, overseeing the development of a new international proposition for Employers and Insurers, built around the award winning ‘Quealth’, a clinically validated health risk assessment & coaching programme.

Andy has now realized that not only has he got older in the last 15 years – he has also gained a lot of experience and knowledge of how to build flexible products and solutions that drive positive wellness and engagement outcomes. To be fair, all the clever stuff is done by an amazing team of talented developers and designers – it’s just he likes to take all the credit 😊.

Simon Embley

Simon is a Director and Investor in wellschool and its group companies.

Simon has enjoyed a corporate career spanning 39 years while working around the world for blue chip institutions like Rolls Royce plc, Saint Gobain and Aviva plc. Specialising in turnarounds and new start-ups at Aviva, he had the opportunity in 2004 to lead a £42m management buyout of the estate agency arm of Aviva, Your Move and Esurv surveyors. The IPO of the holding company, LSL Property Services plc, in 2006 valued the business at £208m; where he is now Non-Executive Chairman. As an early stage investor in Zoopla Property Group, Simon served as a director leading to its successful flotation in June 2014, which valued the business at £919m.
